We want your Vyrudhya experience to feel thoughtful and trustworthy. If there is a genuine issue with your order, we will do our best to assist fairly.

1. Eligibility for Returns / Replacement

We may assist with returns, replacements, or resolution in cases such as:

  • Damaged books received during delivery
  • Incorrect item delivered
  • Missing items from confirmed orders

2. Reporting Time

Please report eligible issues within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with relevant details and supporting photographs where applicable.

3. Non-Return Situations

Returns may generally not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Minor packaging wear not affecting usability
  • Orders where incorrect customer details caused issues
  • Requests raised beyond the reporting window

4. Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed through the appropriate channel depending on the original order method. Processing timelines may vary.

5. Replacements

Where appropriate, a replacement item may be offered instead of a refund.

6. Marketplace Purchases

Orders placed via third-party marketplaces such as Amazon or Flipkart are subject to the return and refund policies of those respective platforms.

7. Bulk / Institutional Orders

Bulk purchases, school orders, or institutional orders may be subject to separate mutually agreed terms.
